the side effect of too much fast food are- massive headache, mood swing, depressed, exhausted, 2x heart failure, 2x heart diseases, fat liver, massive craving, increase cholesterol, weight gain and worthless ( u look at the pic u will noe wht it mean =x )

watched this documentry - Super Size me..

wanted to watch this show a few yrs back but keep on dun have the chance until yest night..

i was- study, watching show, chatting and playing tick tack toe with KN..

LOL... ( and of cus i keep on lost my tick tack toe n i dunno wht i was reading either.. =x )

anyway..

it says the impact of Mac..

this show focus more on Mac rather then other fast food..

it talks bout the impact it have to out body..

this show talks bout this guy who have Mac for whole of 1 mth..

nothing but mac..

n it start to see the impact it had to his body...

for those fast food lover really can go have a watch..

u will at least eat lesser then wht u are eating noe.. =)
